2016 - Right for Alabama Agenda

Here is what we accomplished in 2016.

In a revenue-short year tax increases were discussed.

• School Safety Taskforce - I chaired the taskforce that created partnerships between local schools and local first responders. It required Safety Coordinators in each system, system and school plans, and practice requirements.  These changes, along with Virtual Alabama make our schools safer and better prepared
