Meet Terri

I believe that the people of Morgan County deserve representation that they can be proud of. I'm a citizen who believes strongly that education is the solution to all of our countries problems, and that economic development is the key to making our community better for all of us. And I'm willing to work to make sure that our government is working for us, the people.

I am proud and humbled to be given the opportunity to serve the people of Morgan County and the State of Alabama.

Biography & Experience

I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. I met my husband Tom while we were both in college at the University of Alabama. Shortly after getting married, we moved to Decatur in 1982 and raised our three children here. I served as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales of a bank for 16 years before election to the House of Representatives in 2010.
